The Fox News people don't seem to get the irony of it all.
If a congressman has a meeting advertised as limited to his constituents, it's perfectly fine for him to ask if a participant actually lives in his district before allowing him or her to ask a question and forcing the congressman to apologize for it is ridiculous.
What's not alright and what's in fact terribly wrong, is for Democrats to disallow states from requiring voters to provide an ID proving they are qualified to vote in elections. Lots of the outcomes in the last elections would have, IMO, been quite different if only voters with valid ID's had been allowed to vote.
College students shouldn't be allowed to use their college dorm rooms as a valid address for voting. It's very easy to get an absentee ballot so they can vote from the legal home address. Allowing students to skew the outcomes in college towns thwarts the will of the permanent residents and as for busing students from one district to another ...
