It seems like that is a serious sort of fraud in and of itself. Isn't accusing people of criminal behavior that you know isn't true criminal?
Of course, they can always say it was a typo, but if the memo was an email, the date will appear.
Dems have more tricks up their sleeves than Felix, the Cat.
I'm getting that sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach.
