Tony Soprano Would Be So Proud

In earlier, kinder and more gentle days, the Reverend Jesse Jackson took his gang of thugs aka the Rainbow Coalition into corporate offices to shake down companies for protection money in exchange for not ruining them by accusing them of racism.

In Obama's World of Hope and Change, things are different.

Now instead of a man of the cloth, we have a presidential czar who doesn't just ask people nicely for handouts, he has his very own community organized special interest group of thugs, Change of Color, forcing companies to stop advertising on the Glenn Beck Show or be accused of racism. Perhaps the czar has an even worse threat, that of being taken over by the feds?

Here's a list of the 58 major corporations who've caved in to this blackmail so far.

Why is Beck and by extension, Fox News, on the receiving end of so much presidential fire power? Apparently Beck's is among the very few who have the will and the platform to expose Obama and his gang of thug's many missteps, lies, secret meetings, etc. and it's catching people's attention.

In the department of full disclosure, I have neither seen Beck's TV show nor listened to him on radio, but whatever he has to say is okay with me in the same way I don't object to the ravings of the lunatic left* who during Bush's eight years in office made vulgar and outrageous accusations about him. In fact, the new czar it turns out is a member of the Truthers, a group that actually accused former President Bush of orchestrating 9/11 to enhance his own popularity.

There are people on the right who are critical of Beck's tactics and they have a perfect right to do so, but "nice guys don't win ballgames" as we learned in the last election.

*Letterman, although his speech is also guaranteed, IMO, went too far when he made a "joke" about a baseball player raping Palin's teenage daughter. Children should be out-of-bounds even in political speech.

Beck is a raving nut-job.

However, several weeks ago he reported on a new czar for Obama that had, until recently, been a communist and a 9/11 truther.

That person got thrown under the bus a few days ago.

The MSM had not a word to say about the whole thing until it was over. (see Kausfiles).

Maybe it takes raving nut-job to deal with this nut-job administration.

Let's see if Beck can derail Cass Sunstein too.

Why do you say Van Jones was a truther and Communist until recently? I haven't seen anything about him denouncing his those views.

Why do you say Van Jones was a truther and Communist until recently?

Because it is the most charitable interpretation possible.
