Whatever the merits of the case against the boy and his mother, he shouldn't have been taken hundreds of miles away from home and refused legal representation, especially, if as this article says, he wasn't arrested under the Patriot Act.In addition, the fact that he was home schooled, mentioned in this article as well, has nothing to do with case at all and I still contend its inclusion is part of a general push from the left to discredit it.
